Overview
The IEEE
P802.15 Wireless Next Generation Standing Committee (SCwng)
for Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPANs)
is chartered to facilitate and stimulate presentations and
discussions on new Wireless related Technologies within the
defined scope, that may be subject for new 802.15TG
standardization projects (or does not fit within the current
projects).
Please note that the WPAN technologies are not limited to
only MAC/PHY layer.
Current
Status
The Wireless Next
Generation Standing Committee is preparing for the November
2008 Plenary session in Dallas, Texas. The committee has
announced a call for presentations and will entertain
responses from those who wish to make a presentation to the
WNG Standing Committee.

Meetings.
