Hi,

The periodicity and length of IRI slot could be
scheduled by BS depending on the the available
bandwidth on a channel. If the available BW is:
- more, more frequently and lengthy IRI slots could be
scheduled
- less, less frequently and short IRI slots are
scheduled.

When the frame BW is utilized to the MAX extent, there
may be a need for IRI, meant only for the active SSs
to convey the change of DLBP and may deny network
entry by new SS's as there is no room for it.
