Both of these provide the compiled scores from the MAC and PHY 
evaluation processes at Session #4, plus the source code used to 
compute the statistics.

The second document is publicly available. The first is identical 
except for the inclusion of the scores by voter; it is restricted to 
802.16 Voting Members.
