stds-802-16: minutes of July IEEE 802 Meeting


The minutes of the July IEEE 802 SEC Meetings have been posted:

The July 10 minutes include the Working Group reports from the 
Opening Plenary. The July 13 minutes include the Working Group final 
reports (in lieu of the Closing Plenary).

Due to my error, the 802.16 report included in the July 13 minutes is 
a draft version. The final version is on our own site 
<http://ieee802.org/16/meetings/mtg08/report.pdf>.
