I have updated a number of 802.16 participant lists:
Session #11 attendance and participation credit

Members: We have 124 802.16 members <http://ieee802.org/16/members.html>.
Potential Members: We have 73 Potential Members
<http://ieee802.org/16/members_pot.html>; they are eligible to become
members if present at at Session #12 in March.
Observers: We have 81 Observers <http://ieee802.org/16/observers.html>.
Potential Observers: We have 144 Potential Observers
<http://ieee802.org/16/observers_pot.html>. They are eligible to
become Observers by submitting the IEEE 802.16 Member and Observer
Form <http://ieee802.org/16/form.html>
