WLPAN/ Visit Julius Knapp tot he Hilton Head meeting
Colleagues,
We have made a further step that virtually ensures that Mr. Julius Knapp
will visit our meeting at Hilton Head on Tuesday afternoon, Tuesday evening
and Wednesday morning. Tuesday evening he will give a tutorial on the way
the FCC and the OET operate. He will also discuss Commission plans to
initiate a rule making to amend the spread spectrum rules.

Please let me have topics on your agenda that would be interesting for Julie
to attend, either to be informative to him, or to be of interest to your
group to hear Julie's view. Please give me the slot you have on the agenda
while Julie is present (see above).
I will then look at how I could advise you as where to schedule that slot,
so that there is a way for Julie to attend that slot.
The earlier I know your plan, the higher probability that you get a slot.
Please not that all matters regarding spread spectrum rules would most
efficiently be scheduled on Wednesday morning, after having heard his
tutorial.
