stds-802-16: new revision of TG1 draft for review
TG1 requests your comments on its latest version:

Recall that TG1 has passed Working Group Letter Ballot, subject to
comment resolution and recirculation. TG1 plans to release its Draft
3 for recirculation following Session #13.
The current working version is not the subject of recirculation.
However, TG1 welcomes your informal comments and would like to
address them prior to the recirc.

TG1 is accepting comments in an informal format. However, it will be
most effective if you include the following data:
*Draft you are commenting upon (D2 or D3d2)
*Page/Line/Section numbers
*Relevant comment number in comment database (if any)
*Suggested change (specific wording preferred)
*Reason for change
