stds-802-16: Updated: IEEE 802.16 Recirc Ballot #4a Reply Comments
I have just updated the current database (IEEE 802.16-02/01r8)
without changing the document number.
I had left the Editor's input (on the old Comments 1-769) out of the
database. I've now fix this. That's the only change.
