stds-802-16: P802.16a Sponsor Ballot has opened on REVISED P802.16a/D5
IEEE-SA has today opened its ballot of P802.16a/D5. The ballot will close on 4 September.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The IEEE Staff Editors surprised us with a requirement that some stylistic editorial revisions be made to P802.16a/D5, as approved by the 802.16 Working Group Letter Ballot, before it could be entered into IEEE Sponsor Ballot. The revised version is also called P802.16a/D5.

as well as the obsolete one (dated 20 July 2002).
