stds-802-16: travel for Session #26

Regarding travel to Session #26:

BART rail service between San Francisco AIrport (SFO) and downtown 
San Francisco opened June 22. The meeting site (at Market and Drumm) 
is one block northeast of Embarcadero Station. The scheduled trip 
time is 33 minutes on BART's Blue Line.
