Important information update for all potential 802 attendees:
There are no more rooms available at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque
for the IEEE 802 November 2003 Plenary Meeting. If you want to get
into the IEEE 802 Room Block there, you will need to call the hotel
and request to be put on the IEEE 802 Wait List and they will contact
you when rooms become available. Due to the continued growth of the
IEEE 802 Plenary Meetings, we have arranged for a lot of additional
guest rooms as well as meeting space. The hotels that are offering
IEEE 802 rates are listed below.
Please make sure that you mention that you are there for the IEEE 802
conference when making your reservation because they will
contributing to the cost of the meeting space at the Convention
Center. The Hyatt Regency Albuquerque is located directly across the
street from the Albuquerque Convention Center, which is connected to
the Double Tree Hotel. We have been able to secure space at the
Convention Center for 802.11 and 802.15 WG meetings. IEEE
802.1/.3/.16/.17/.18/.19/.20 Working Group Meetings will be held at
the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque. For a final agenda listing, please

The 802 Conference room rate is $129.00 Single/Double Occupancy +
tax per night. These rates are available from November 1 - 23, 2003,
subject to room availability. Please make your room reservations

reservations lines. When making reservations by phone, please be
sure to identify yourself as a member of the IEEE 802 Group to
qualify for these special group rates. For this meeting we have
arranged a block of rooms that are reserved exclusively for IEEE 802
attendees until the reservation deadline.
