stds-802-16: Task Group Review of TGe Working Document
TGe is opening a Task Group review of its Working Document (as noted
below). Here is the Call for Comments:

The deadline is October 31.
The instructions say to prepare your comments in Commentary and
submit them by uploading to <http://tge.wirelessman.org>.
