Comment 377 appears to make changes to OFDMA PHY profiles on the basis of inconsistancy of these profiles with the test methodology of the OFDM PHY.

I am minded to reject on the grounds that there is a logical inconsistancy in the argument.
There may need to be changes, but those identified are not necessarily the ones.

Your thoughts welcome.
