The document above announces IEEE 802.16 Working Group Confirmation
Ballot #14d. It also tells the Ballot Group Members how to
participate, and it details the procedures. The deadline is 3 October
2004 AOE <http://ieee802.org/16/aoe.html>.

PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

*This is a confirmation ballot. The Working Group intends to send
this draft to Sponsor Ballot following successful confirmation
ballot. If this works out as planned, Sponsor Ballot will be
completed before Session #34.

*Because this is a confirmation ballot, only members of the ballot
group are invited to participate.

*This confirmation ballot is another recirculation in WG Letter
Ballot #14. The scope is strictly limited, as detailed in the
Announcement.

*If you don't wish to change your vote in Letter Ballot #14, as
recorded in the ballot status report:
        http://ieee802.org/16/tge/ballot14/report14.html
and you don't wish to submit comments, it would be appropriate to not respond.

*If you are currently a Disapprove voter, it is critical that you
clarify your acceptance of the resolutions of your comments. You may
do so by either: (a) voting Approve with No Comments; (b) voting
otherwise, but submitting a comment indicating the comments numbers
which have been resolved to your satisfaction.

The list of unresolved Disapprove comments is included in Annex B of
the Announcement. It is also in the ballot status report.
