Thread-Topic: T20 Clarification

According to figure 56 (IEEE 802.16-2004 D5), obtaining downlink synchronization starts with initializing of T20. However, T20 is defined in table 340 as 2 MAC frames minimum, so at the stage described in figure 56 the duration of a MAC frame is still unknown. Can someone help to clarify this?
