[STDS-802-16] [MAINT] Downlink MIMO modes in 802.16REVd

Hi,

I have a question on the exact interpretation of the MIMO matrices A/B/C
(section 8.4.8.2.3) and their relation to the DL MIMO Basic IE (section
8.4.5.3.8).

1) Looking at matrix B for example: what exactly do the indices of S1..S8
represent?
2) How exactly (if at all) are S1..S8 related to the slots of a transmitted
PHY burst, and to the multiple layers defined in the DL_MIMO_Basic_IE?

I'd greatly appreciate any clarifications.
