[STDS-802-16] accessing the 802.16 server

I've had a number of comments saying that 802.16 server is down.

It is not down. It is running on the 802 LAN in San Antonio, but not
on the Internet.

You can get to it from the LAN using one of the following URLs (take
your pick):

        http://session.wirelessman.org
        http://mercury
        http://10.0.1.16

These links will take you to the Session #34 welcome page, which
provides information about the session.

I've reconfigured <http://upload.wirelessman.org> to include a forwarding link.
