[STDS-802-16] Response to 802.22 question regarding the 802.16h proposed PAR

The SG on LE Coexistence has responded to the question comming from 802.22,
regarding the 802.16h proposed PAR for "Improved Coexistence
Mechanisms for License-Exempt Operation".
The file is up-loaded in 802.16 WG directory, as 80216-04/74.
In order to have a clean response by 5p.m., please comment no later than
3p.m.
