[STDS-802-16] 802.16 defined scheduling services

Dear all,

I have a doubt related with the scheduling services defined in the 
802.16-2004 standard. I have already read the related section of the 
standard and I am still confused. Are the defined scheduling services 
only for the uplink connections, or they also apply for the downlink 
connections?
