[STDS-802-16] Call for Additional Comments on P802.16h/D1

Since comment resolution on LB#24 (see below) was not completed at
Session #46, the process will be continued at Session #47. Per the
decisions at Session #46, additional comments will be accepted.

The deadline has been extended a few days, until 8 January 2007 AOE.
