[STDS-802-16] [Relay TG] Comment Resolutions at the coming session

Dear all,

Thank you for your participation to the Relay TG activity.
As you may have noticed, we got more than 400 comments and
around 130 contributions so far, all we need to cover during
the coming San Francisco Session.

Having such a lot, we must organize the Relay TG session
as efficient as possible.

First and prime thing to do so is, I believe, to have your
reply comments to each, so that we can prepare well for the
discussions. Having your replies, we can accelerate our comment
resolutions.

Also the chair team will need to think some more. It's my great
honour to say that Mike, Peiying, Jung Je and I are talking each
other well how to tackle this.

One possible way is to distinguish each comment whether technical
or editorial, and do the editorial ones at one batch shot as we did
last time. Therefore please identify yours whether it's
technical or editorial.

For the efficient discussions, we may have some categorizations
as we did again, like HARQ, RS Grouping, Tunneling, Security, etc.,
thus your review across the comments on the same topic before the
session would be of our great help. Our final arrangement will be
presented at the opening plenary of 802.16WG.

Your kind support with which we can proceed to pass the goal line
would be much appreciated.

I'm flying tomorrow to San Francisco. See you all soon, there!
best regards,

Mitsuo
