At Session #59, the 802.16 WG approved a motion to create issue a WG Call for Comments on a new WG draft of P802.16h. The new draft IEEE P802.16h/D8a is now available: <http://ieee802.org/16/pubs/80216h.html> This note is a Call for Comments, with a deadline of 2 March AOE. Comments must be prepared in Commentary format using the Ballot ID "16hD8a" and uploaded to the "sb_16h" directory at <http://upload.wirelessman.org>. Any contributions referenced by a comment must be uploaded to the "LE" directory at <http://upload.wirelessman.org>. Not that these comments will not be considered as part of a Disapprove vote in Sponsor Ballot.
