P802.16h/D10 was reviewed in IEEE-SA Sponsor Ballot Recirc, from 10-25
August. The result was:
102 Approve (92%)
8 Disapprove
4 Abstain
The numbers satisfy the approval condition, pending comment resolution.
The LE TG has 56 comments to resolve at Session #63:

All comments were submitted through myBallot.
This note is a Call for Reply Comments, with a deadline of 10:00 AM
local time in Jeju on Monday 31 August.
