[STDS-802-16] [802.16m][Femto AHG] Result of Monday Evening Ad hoc including the resolutions recommended.

Dear all,

Femto Ad hoc Group had discussed the femto comments and gotten consensus on several comments.

First we identified following 25 comments (21 technical) for femto.

79, 97, 128,  593 ~ 614.

Here, you can find the comments to be proposed as batch resolution.

#594 : AM by adopting only proposed remedy 1.

#595 : Accept, 

#597 : AM by changing the proposed remedy as " If the femto ABS is excluded, the AMS should continue the scanning until a suitable ABS is detected." 

#598 : Accept

#601 : Accept

#604 : Reject

#607 : Reject

And we discussed the followings without conclusion for more harmonization.

#596 : I-Kang,  who objects on the comment,  will discuss with Ronald with the contribution C09/2279 and it seems to being "out of scope" of LB31a.

#600, 603, 604, 608, 609 also deferred for more harmonization.

I will ask to Ron how to handle these things and Chair whether Femto ad hoc may convene again.
