In order to greatly simplify the editing task associated with the Sponsor Ballot recirculation, please follow the instructions below for preparing comments:

 

 

Due to limitations of the IEEE-SA Sponsor Ballot database, conventional text mark-up (i.e. using color, strikethrough or underscore to indicate text changes) is not retained.  Therefore, proposed text changes using this type of mark-up must be submitted either in the form of a separate contribution or represented using the following written tags:

 

"<del> ... </del>" to indicate deletion of text, and

"<ins> ... </ins>" to indicate insertion of text.

 

An example comment is shown below:

 

Using the conventional method:

Adopt the following changes from page 403, line 33:

... get the S-SFH or extended system parameters and system configuration information AAI_SCD_message from the preferred ABS.

 

The same editorial instruction using a tagged mark-up:

Adopt the following changes from page 403, line 33:

... get the S-SFH or <del>extended system parameters and system configuration information</del>   <ins>AAI_SCD_message</ins> from the preferred ABS.
