[STDS-802-16] +++IEEE 802.16 Letter Ballot #36 (on P802.16.1b/D1) is now open+++

At the Closing Plenary of IEEE 802.16 Session #76, on 10 November 2011, the WG agreed to (pending approval of the P802.16.1b PAR) open a Working Group Letter Ballot on forwarding P802.16.1b/D1 for Sponsor Ballot. The PAR has been approved. Accordingly, IEEE 802.16 Working Group Letter Ballot #36 is now open, through 8 January 2012  AOE.

details the procedures. It also tells you how to participate and explains the Members' obligation to do so. "Membership shall be lost if two consecutive, or two of any three consecutive, Working Group letter ballots for which the member was eligible are not returned or are returned with an abstention other than for 'lack of technical expertise'."
