Good Day All,

This is just a quick reminder to you and your Working Group members about the Standard Registration deadline is 6 PM PT on Friday January 6th. 

Thanks to great pick up by IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session attendees, rooms are extremely limited at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville. Please advise your members that rooms may no longer be available for all dates requested. Attendees who do not book and stay the required minimum of 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville are not eligible for the $300 US registration discount and must pay the Full Registration Fee. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to be in touch.
