[STDS-802-16] Clause 14 Report: Conditional Approval for Sponsor Ballot, P802.16p

Dear EC Colleagues:

I am writing to report on the status of P802.16p, per the Clause 14 Conditional Approval granted on 11 November.

The Clause 14 conditions have been met.

a) Comments from the first recirc were resolved at the January interim WG session.
b) In the followup 15-day recirc, no comments or Dis votes were received.
c) The draft wil not be changed.
d) The approval percentage (97%) is sufficient.

FYI, the ballot details are at <http://ieee802.org/16/ballots/ballot33>.

Accordingly, I have initiated Sponsor Ballot.
