[STDS-802-16] Clause 12 Report: Conditional Approval for RevCom, P802.16n and P802.16.1a

Dear EC Colleagues:

I am writing to report on the status of P802.16n and P802.16.1a, per the Clause 12 Conditional Approvals (for RevCom) granted on 16 November.

The Clause 12 conditions have been met. The following sequence of events applies to both the P802.16n and P802.16.1a cases:

*The second recirculation ballot was completed in accordance with the schedule (18 days, closing 2012-12-31)
*The third recirculation ballot has been completed in accordance with the schedule (15 days, closing 2013-02-04)
*The approval percentage is at least 75% and there are no new valid DISAPPROVE votes (approval ratio: 100%)
-P802.16n: 83/0/4
-P802.16.1a: 83/0/5
*No changes were made as a result of the third recirculation ballot.
*No new valid DISAPPROVE comments on new issues that are not resolved to the satisfaction of the submitter from existing DISAPPROVE voters
-In each case, one editorial comment was received and forwarded to the publications editor

The draft has been submitted to RevCom and is on the agenda for March 5.
