802.16 Intellectual Property Committee

This committee was created by the 802.16 Chair on 9 July 1999 to propose, at an 802.16 Plenary Meeting, procedures by which 802.16 can most effectively implement IEEE patent policies. (It was initially called the Ad Hoc Patent Procedures Committee and renamed on 1 February 2000.)
