Meeting and Hotel Registration
A single form is used for both meeting registration and hotel room reservations. Beyond the April 16 cut-off date, the hotel will no longer hold rooms in our name. If space is available, the hotel will continue to offer the negotiated group rates. However, since May 14 is the start of graduation weekend at the University of Colorado at Boulder, you should reserve your room soon.
The $50 registration fee will go directly to the hotel to cover the costs of continental breakfasts and breaks as well as audio-visual equipment. Please register for the meeting as soon as you know your plans. Early registration will help us plan the meeting space.
For IEEE members, substantial Airfare and Auto Rental Discounts are available.
