Hotel Room Refunds:
A full refund will result if the reservation is cancelled prior to 4 pm on the arrival date. Later cancellation will result in forfeit of one night's room and taxes.

Hotel Room Cut-Off Date: Rooms will be held only through September 6. Afterwards, reservation requests at the conference rates will be honored provided that space is available.
