802.16 Session #19

Session #19 Report

Agenda
The session will run from 10 am on Monday 20 May through noon on Friday 24 May. The tentative agenda shows the times at which the subgroups will meet.

Meeting Registration
The on-site registration fee is US$250, payable at the on-site registration desk (staffed by Heather Oake and Janice Keenan) by credit card, check, or cash. (The fee is US$150 for those on the preregistration list). Use the registration form to register and check the registration list to confirm your registration.

Hotel Reservations
All attendees are responsible to book hotel reservations directly with the Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire at the numbers listed above. The beginning of the week is a national holiday, and rooms may be scarce. Therefore, you should reserve early. Before the cutoff date of April 24, you may mention that you are attending the IEEE 802.16 meeting to receive the group room rate of $165 (Canadian) per night; this rate is available after April 24 on a space-available basis. "Guaranteed No Show Policy - Individual delegates shall be responsible to pay for all no-shows - payment will be for the first night's room and tax."

Internet
Broadband access to the internet and to the 802.16 server will be provided by wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11b) and 10BaseT Ethernet (IEEE 802.3).
