Two comments were on same topic: a nomenclature issue introduced by WG's acceptance of a prior comments from SCC-14.
WG believes the issue is an editorial one.
WG has rejected the two comments, with a polite and sympathetic explanation.
Seeking to contact balloter by email and telephone; hope to do so by weekend.
If balloter accepts resolution and converts to Approve, ready to proceed to RevCom Early Consideration.
If ballot does not convert to Approve, plan to recirc the two Disapprove comments.
