Register for the Session. Your registration fee will be payable on-site by credit card. The fee will be (tentatively) US$270, payable to the hotel by credit card, for those preregistering with this form by 15 August; afterwards, the fee climbs to (tentatively) $300. Please cancel your registration immediately if your plans change!
