The 802.16.2 (Coexistence) Task Group will hold an interim meeting in Montreal on 19-20 April 2000.
[This is not a general meeting of 802.16 or a meeting of any of its other subsidiaries.]

The meeting will work toward finalization of the working draft of the coexistence practice in preparation for letter ballot. The group hopes to have the model structure in place and expects to use the meeting to work on defining a reference scenario for exercising the model. A precise agenda is to follow.

If you plan to attend the upcoming meeting in Montreal, please notify the 802.16.2 Chair, Leland Langston, in order to ensure adequate space and accommodations.

Hotel Room Reservations
A block of 14 rooms have been reserved under the Harris name. The attendees will need to do their own reservation by calling the Queen Elizabeth Hotel at 1-800-441-1414 or +1-514-861-3511. Mention the Harris room block. Provide the dates of arrival and departure and a credit card number to guarantee the reservation. You have until the March 31 deadline to reserve a room; after this date the block is not guaranteed. The cost of the room is $129 cdn per night (approximately $88 US).

Meeting Costs
The meeting room and associated charges will be about $1300 US and will need to be split between the participants. The estimated registration fee is expected to be $90 US each, based on 14 attendees. The registration fee and method of payment next week are not yet determined.
