IEEE 802.16 Task Group m Submissions

1. Carefully read and observe the IEEE 802.16 Submission Rules and Procedures.
2. Prepare the document using one of the submission templates, available below.
3. Determine your document number by incrementing the highest number in the upload directory http://tgm.wirelessman.org; if the directory is empty, increment the latest document in the relevant file of indexed documents (you will see an index link in the upload directory).
4. Put your document number in your document header, and use it to rename your file appropriately.
5. Upload your document.
6. Notify the Working Group Chair, the Task Group Chair, and anyone else specified on the relevant solicitation. You may notify one of the 802.16 reflectors if appropriate.
7. If the server is down, please email the contribution to the Working Group Chair, the Task Group Chair, and anyone else specified on the relevant solicitation.

Rules for File Uploads

• The IEEE 802.16 file upload directories are exclusively for the Group's official business.
• The upload directories are for temporary storage. All files will eventually be deleted. Files that need to be archived and are in proper condition for archiving (cover page, etc.) will be indexed and archived upon request to the WG Chair.
• To refer to an uploaded file in email:
  1. open the upload directory
  2. copy the file's URL to your PC's clipboard
  3. paste the URL into your email
