Dear 802 WG/TAG Chairmen,
In the July plenary meeting, the WSDB group made a presentation to the
802.19 TAG on development of TV White Spaces Database specification.
Specifically the presenter requested input from the various 802 WGs/TAGs
relating to the interfaces between the database and the TVWS devices.
802.22 WG prepared and approved a document addressing such a request.
This document is based on the existing development in the current 802.22
Draft Standard related to the interfaces to a TVWS database. We expect
that 802.22 WG will continue developing database interfaces with
considerations of possible input from WSDB group and other interested
parties.

For your information, 802.22 WG motion (Thursday AM1, September 24,
2009) approving this document is copied below:
"Move to approve the "Doc: 22-09-0123-14-0000 802.22 Incumbent Database
Interface" and forward this document to the 802 EC for the communication
with WSDB group, with an understanding that a newer revision of the
document can be produced if necessary.
