Purpose:
The following is a reminder to make hotel reservations for the IEEE 802
Plenary Sessions at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, November 15-20, 2009. We
understand a number of you may have already secured your accomodation
arrangements and we thank you in advance. If you plan to stay at a hotel
other than the Hyatt Regency Atlanta please let us know.
Making a Reservation:

IEEE 802 Group Rate:
. $145.00 US single/double occupancy per night plus applicable
taxes*.
Dates the group rate is available: November 12-24, 2009(based on hotel room
availability).
Reservations cut off date: Saturday October 31, 2009 (book early - rooms
are limited).
Cancellation Policy: No charge when cancelled prior to 6pm Atlanta Time of
arrival date.
Should you encounter difficulty making your reservation please forward your
desired dates of stay as well as any additional, or amended hotel
reservation details to Meeting Administrator, Lisa Ronmark
