The process ad hoc group will have call #2 on Tuesday, Feb 9^th, at 6AM EST with tentative agenda as described
below. Before the agenda proposal Id like to remind you all about the groups objective, set some timeline
for our work and ask all of us to compromise in order to have a joint proposal for the March 2010 plenary.
 
Our group has been put together to form a proposal for standard development process of the 802.19.1 TG. We have
good proposals that have more common elements than differences. Lets start building up a joint proposal

The call #3 will take place on Feb 11^th at 11PM EST and I want to dedicate that call for creation of a joint proposal.
 
Tentative agenda is as follows:

1. Opening
2. Secretary for the call
3. Agenda approval
4. Objective of the group
5. The group has been established to prepare a proposal about process for the 802.19.1 TG to follow

in the standard development. We should aim for a proposal in word document format that would be
presented and discussed in the March2010 plenary meeting in which the TG is targeted to agree on
the process.

5. In the last weeks call we heard a proposal 10/17 about possible time plan and process
6. From the January 2010 interim we have two contributions about the process: 10/9 and 10/11
7. Whats needed from the group to get a proposal out from the group?
8. The group has ONLY ONE CALL left after this call and that will be already this week. So, we must

start building common ground for the process proposal. We have good and detailed proposals that
have more commonalities than differences. Lets start putting together a joint proposal that the TG
can discuss, finalize and agree on in the March 2010 plenary.
