[802.19] FW: [802SEC] 3GPP liaison statement on RAN Workshop on Licensed

The IEEE has been invited to attend and present at a 3GPP workshop on LAA.

This is something we need to address at the July Plenary. The workshop is August 29 in Beijing.

If there is interest, which I expect there is, the IEEE will need to prepare a contribution.
