Could you all please distribute the reminder below to your Groups asap. The Hotel deadline for the September Interim in Hanoi is
August 11, 2019. All hotel rooms need to be booked before then, after this date we release our room block and September is a busy month for hotels, and we would hate anyone to miss out on booking their hotel.

August 11, after this date all IEEE reserved rooms are released back to the hotel and bookings are on an availability basis and September is a very busy month for hotels in Hanoi, so please don’t miss out.
