On the teleconference
today we discussed the plan to continue in the absence of the
Atlanta meeting. As advertised, with the help of our Working
Group chair, we have a plan to keep the project on track.
We will continue TG
teleconferences weekly until further notice.
We will ask the Working Group to create a Comment Resolution Committee to complete WG balloting of the draft. To do that, I need a few volunteers. To be CRC member you must be a voting member of the WG. You must be able to commit to attending the CRC meetings, which will be virtual meetings (Zoom or Webex) so that quorum can be met. The CRC reviews proposed comment resolutions, approves comment resolution and approves recirculation of the draft. If you can volunteer, please email me (unicast) your name and affiliation.
CRC meetings will commence following the completion of the next recirculation ballot. Two times have been proposed:
0700 (7am) PDT on Wednesdays
1500 (3pm) PDT on Wednesdays
If you plan to attend
please let me know via email (unicast) your preferred time.
