[STDS-802-3-BWA] 9/26 Teleconference Announcement

Dear Ad Hoc Participants,

This is to announce that the IEEE 802.3 Ethernet Bandwidth Ad hoc will hold a conference call on Monday September 26, 2011 from 9am to 10am Pacific.

 

A group of individuals (who have requested that they be known as “The Transformers”)   consisting of Donn Lee of Facebook, Bikash Koley of Google and Shamim Ahktar of Comcast have agreed to present data on what they see as the bandwidth needs of data centers. 

 

Scott Kipp of Brocade has agreed to host the call.  My thanks to Scott.
