Meeting Plan

In order to make your room reservations please call the Hyatt Regency Austin reservation department on either +1 512 477-1234 or toll free in the US and Canada on +1 800 233-1234.

The reservation deadline for rooms in our block is April 29th, 2006. Reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space available basis. Everyone is encouraged to reserve a room as quickly as possible. Reservations must be guaranteed with major credit card. Release of the guarantee will occur so long as notice of cancellation is given to the Hyatt Regency Austin 24 hours to arrival date. The room rate is avalible for 3 days prior to and 3 after the meeting dates.

As this meeting is being hosted by Vitesse there will be no meeting fee or on-line registration.
