Any individual who attends any part of this interim meeting must register and pay a meeting fee. Meeting registration is not transferable. Registration and meeting fee options are as follow:

The combined hotel room stays of attendees, along with meeting fees, pay for meeting expenses. For this reason, anyone who is not a registered guest at the Omni William Penn Hotel must pay a higher fee than attendees staying at the meeting hotel. The correct fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to scheduled sessions.
If you register for this meeting and then are unable to attend, please CONTACT the meeting planner by email. You must request cancellation of your registration no later than 5pm PDT on Friday May 11, 2018 to receive a refund of your meeting fee.

The Ethernet Alliance will host a social on Tuesday evening, 22-May to coincide with the 45th anniversary of Ethernet. All attendees and their guests are invited to celebrate at Il Tetto, Pittsburgh's popular rooftop bar and meatball emporium.
There's no cost to attend, but please sign up when you register so we can have enough food prepared for everyone!

The hotel is offering a group rate of $175, exclusive of taxes. The rate is based on availability within the group room block; the room block cut-off date is 20-April. The group rate will be extended three days before and after the room block dates of 19-May through 25-May if rooms are available. There are no mandatory hotel fees.

Terms and conditions
Guests may change their arrival date, length of stay or cancel a reservation entirely until 12pm (noon) three (3) days before check in without penalty. After this time cancellations, late arrivals and no shows are subject to a fee of one night's room and tax.
The Omni William Penn will charge an Early Departure Fee of one night's room and tax for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date.
Fly to Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), 18 miles from the Omni William Penn Hotel.
SuperShuttle shared van service is available to and from PIT for $24 per person one-way. If you book a round trip using Group Code ELRSU the discounted rate is $22 each way ($44 total). Check in at the SuperShuttle desk near Door 4 on the baggage claim level. Taxis, lyft, Uber and zTrip are also available; prices vary.
The PIT web site describes more ground transportation options from the airport, including public bus service (28X Airport Flyer) available for $2.75 one-way outside Door 6. Ride to the 7th Avenue stop in downtown Pittsburgh.
The Omni William Penn is located one block from the "T" light rail Steel Plaza station. There is no cost for service to/from Downtown and North Shore stops. The "T" does not offer airport service.
Dubbed the city of bridges, downtown Pittsburgh is flanked by the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers that converge into the Ohio River. The compact downtown area bustles with restaurants, bars, clubs, theatres, museums, sports arenas and more. The historic Omni William Penn is located in Pittsburgh's Central Business district, within the increasingly vibrant Grant Street Corridor. You'll be within walking distance of Market Square, Cultural District and Strip District attractions. Check out the VisitPittsburgh site for tourism information and dining tips.
Light rail (the "T") serves Station Square and North Shore; service to downtown and North Shore stops is free. Board at Steel Plaza, one block from the Omni William Penn Hotel.
If you have an extra day, why not attend a baseball game! The Ethernet Alliance has arranged a $6 discount for Pittsburgh Baseball Club and Infield Box seats for games on Sunday, May 20th and Friday, May 25th. Purchase these tickets, or economical "all you can snack" Pirate Cove seats, from the Pittsburgh Pirates group webpage. Walk from the hotel or take the "T" to the North Shore.
