Re: Rules for Voter List Approval for LMSC Electronic Ballots

I think I agree with Mr. Love on this one. The balloting group process
should be the one that gets contact information hashed out. In particular
there needs to be a mechanism that uncovers transcription errors in
recording e-mail addresses. The burdon of hitting hte reply button is
trivial in comparison to acquiring via download and reviewing the document
and then going through the balloting mechanism.

The only issue that I can think of that this brings up is that it should be
announced in the invitation to ballot that an e-mail confirmation will be
required in "... time frame" as well as telling them when the ballot itself
is expected to be issued.
