Sunday Evening Rules Meeting for March IEEE 802 Plenary

Dawn and All,

We need to spend 2 hours Sunday evening, 7-9PM March 5 for a 'Rules
Meeting'.  Dawn, please reserve a room for 15 people.

Agenda:

1) review the results and responses to the Nov. 1999 Rules Ballot issued by
Bill L.
2) assuming the ballot passed, generate new text based on the
responses--prepare to formally adopt this new rules change at the end of
the March Plenary
3) initiate a 'clean up' of operating rules to correct any out-dated
information
