Jennifer, Well, this was better but you still missed a few. I'm enclosing
my re-edited
versions with the standard names which I would prefer us to use. Use these
versions
for any further edits and increment the version number (-0x.doc) each time
we make changes.
I think these are OK now, but I also think we need to combine the two as a
single document
for web posting purposes and as an integral part of the meeting info packet.
Separate pages
tend to get lost and between 2 Meeting Infos, 2 Meeting Updates, and a
WebReg Form we already
have enough stuff on our Webpage. I would suggest that the flyer be added
as a separate section
(next page) after all the regular MI stuff, so it can be easily removed for
next time if we don't have a
similar type info sheet for HR Vanc.
