Dear SEC,

We did not appoint and approve a chair for the Coexistence Study Group on
Friday.  I have sent a note to Jim Lansford and Tim Blaney asking for a
volunteer.  As soon as I get a reply I will hold an SEC letter ballot to
appoint and approve the chair.
